All our rental packages include the following items/services: 12 round tables; 96 chairs; 2 six ft. banquet tables; 2 eight ft. banquet tables; 4 Bistro tables;  20 white floor length table linens; 8 white decorative lanterns with candle; 12 fresh custom floral arrangements for the round tables; 1 fresh custom floral arrangement for the fireplace mantle; the use of the kitchen facilities; bridal lounge; audio equipment; and set-up/breakdown of our tables and chairs.

Friday, Saturday or Sunday rental prices in the months of May or June:

Platinum Package rental begins at 4:00 p.m. until midnight on the first day and 10:00 am until midnight the following day and all the items/services listed above for $4595.00 plus tax 

Gold Package rental begins at 10:00 a.m. until midnight and all the items/services listed above for $3495.00 plus tax

Bronze Package rental begins at 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and all the items/services listed above for $2995.00 plus tax

                                Extra hours may be added to the Bronze Package for $100 per hour.

Friday, Saturday or Sunday rental prices in any other month:

Platinum Package  rental begins at 4:00 p.m. until midnight on the first day and 10:00 a.m. until midnight the following day and all the items/services listed above for $3995.00 plus tax 

Gold Package rental begins at 10:00 a.m. until midnight and all the items/services listed above for $2995.00 plus tax

Bronze Package rental begins at 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and all the items/services listed above for $2495.00 plus tax

                                Extra hours may be added to the Bronze Package for $100.00 per hour.

Monday - Thursday rental prices:

Gold Package rental begins at 10:00 a.m. until midnight and all the items/services listed above for $2295.00 plus tax

Bronze Package rental begins at 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and all the items/services listed above for $1695.00 plus tax

                                Extra hours may be added to the Bronze Package for $100.00 per hour.

On any of our packages, extra round tables may be rented for $10 each; extra chairs may be rented for $10 per dozen; extra table linens may be rented for $10 each; extra Bistro tables may be rented for $10 each.

All our packages include the same items and services. The only difference in the rental price is the month, day of the week, and the rental time.  If these packages do not fit your needs, please allow our event coordinators to design a unique package to better suit your special event (some restrictions apply. Contact our office for complete details).

All floral items included in these packages are supplied by our affiliate company, the Flower Shop, Inc. Maryville, TN.
